Visibility of action chains

Section "Automation"

Visibility of action chains to the employee

In the system, you can configure which specific actions from the action chain the employee will be able to see. When adding an action to the chain, you can choose whether to involve the employee or not.

If the employee has not been invited to the action, they will not see it and will not receive any notifications about it.

If the employee has been invited to the action, it will be available in their personal calendar and Google/Outlook calendars (if connected), and they will receive notifications according to their notification settings.

Visibility of action chain to the responsible person

Once the action chain is initiated, active actions within the chain will be assigned to the responsible individuals as tasks.

If the subsequent steps in the action chain have not yet started (i.e., the actions from these steps are not yet completed), those actions will not be available to the responsible individuals.

They can view and update the status of their tasks on:

  • the dashboard (where tasks with the "in progress" status are displayed);

  • the calendar (where tasks with a specified date are displayed);

  • the "My Profile" section - "My Tasks" tab (where all tasks are available).

After an employee completes a task, it is also marked as completed in the system with the date and time of completion.

If multiple people are assigned to a task, it is sufficient for just one of them to complete it.

Visibility of comments on actions

By default, access to all comments on actions is available to Administrators and HR. However, the system allows for granting responsible persons the right to view comments on actions related to employees and/or candidates.

To do this, you can set the appropriate permissions in the role for the "Profile" section and the items "Candidate's action comments" and "Employee's action comments".
