How to set up the integration?
Connecting takes just a few minutes. Here’s how to do it step by step:
Go to the “Settings” section in HURMA, then choose “Integration with Ringostat.”

Enter your Auth-key and Project ID. You can find these in your Ringostat project under the “Integrations” → “Ringostat API” section.

Click “Save” — the system will automatically pull in your Ringostat employee accounts and match them with HURMA users. If someone isn’t synced, you can add them manually.

Final setup happens in the Ringostat system. Add two webhooks (automatic signals between systems) — one for incoming calls and one for outgoing calls. These allow HURMA to receive real-time data about every Ringostat call. You’ll find step-by-step instructions on the same integration page in HURMA.
