Filtering employees in the system by various parameters is available. This allows you to quickly find the necessary information, segment employees by specific criteria, and significantly simplifies daily HR processes.
To enable filtering, simply click the "funnel" icon in the "Employees" section. This will open a convenient filter control panel on the left side of the screen, where you can select the required parameters and quickly find the information you need.
You can add the filters you use most often to create a custom panel. This makes your workspace more convenient and personalized.
How to add a filter?
Click the "+ filter" button.
Select the criteria you need from the list to add them to your panel.
How to delete a filter?
Simply click the "x" icon next to the filter you no longer want to use.
This approach lets you keep only the tools you genuinely need at your fingertips, helping you complete tasks faster.
Age: sort employees by age category. You can find those with an unknown age or specify a particular age range.
Age not specified: select this option to see all employees without a specified age. This is useful for finding profiles that need updating.
Set value: choose this to specify a particular age range you are interested in.
Birthdays: sort employees by their birth month. This is an easy way to find everyone celebrating a birthday in a specific month.
Children: filter employees by the presence of children. This can be useful for gathering statistics or forming groups for certain social programs.
Has children: displays employees who have children.
No children: shows those who do not have children.
Start date: sort employees by their start date. You can choose a specific date or a period to track tenure.
Documents: this filter lets you sort employees based on whether documents have been uploaded to their profile. This is a convenient way to quickly find out who is missing necessary files.
Documents available: displays employees with uploaded documents.
No documents: shows those whose profiles do not contain any uploaded documents.
Former employees: view a list of either active employees or those who have already left.
Current employees: select this option to see everyone currently working at the company.
Ex-employees: this allows you to find people who previously worked for the organization.
Cooperation type: this filter allows you to sort employees by their type of employment with the company (e.g., office, freelancer, private entrepreneur, etc.).
Gender: sort employees by gender. This is useful for HR records and analytics.
Language proficiency: this filter helps you find employees based on the languages they speak. This can be useful for international projects or communicating with foreign partners.
Leader: sort employees by their direct manager, as specified in the "Career" block of the employee's profile.
Marital status: this filter allows you to sort employees by their marital status.
SRole in the system: this filter helps you sort users by their access rights and roles in the system (e.g., administrator, recruiter, HR).
Work experience: this filter helps you quickly find employees with less than one year of experience, or those who have been with the company for 1, 2, 3, 4 years or more.
Absences today: this filter lets you quickly see who is absent from work today and the reason for their absence (e.g., remote work, vacation, business trip, sick leave).
Employment stages: this filter allows you to sort employees by their current status within the company. This is very useful for tracking an employee's lifecycle, from hiring to departure.
Residence: sort employees by their place of residence, which can be useful for tracking workforce distribution or planning business trips.
Employee level: this filter helps you sort staff by their professional level (Junior, Middle, etc.), which is useful for team building and task assignment.
Skills: this filter allows you to sort employees by their professional skills, which are added to their profiles. This can be extremely useful for forming new project teams or finding experts in a particular field.
Tags: this filter lets you sort employees by the tags they are marked with. Tags can be used to group employees by specialization, technology, projects, or any other criteria relevant to your company.
Events today: this filter allows you to quickly find employees who are participating in specific scheduled events today (e.g., Performance review, 1:1, Exit interview).
Teams: sort employees by their teams or departments.
Position: this filter allows you to sort employees by their job title. It is an indispensable tool for quick search and analysis of personnel.
