No more need to search for employees' bank details in stacks of documents, endless spreadsheets, or chats. Now everything is at your fingertips in your Payroll!
A new "IBAN" column has appeared in the "Payroll" section, where you can store employees' payment information for quick access and convenience when processing payments.
The "IBAN" field is also available in the employee's profile under the "Personal Data" tab - "Personal Information".
Once you fill in this field, the information automatically appears in the "Payroll" section, so your data is always up-to-date and synchronized.
Thanks to this update, working with financial data has become even simpler and faster - without unnecessary spreadsheets and manual copying.


Working with company org chart is now even easier!
We've updated the visual display and added several useful features for more convenient navigation and export.
Vertical org chart display - more convenient perception of hierarchy and relationships between teams.
Reset zoom to 100% - return the org chart to its original view with one click.
Display by screen size - the org chart automatically adapts to your display.
Export structure - save the complete diagram in .pdf format or export the visible part as .png.
Now viewing and working with company org chart is maximum convenience and visual clarity.

Creating custom fields in a candidate profile is now even more convenient!
We've added two new features to help you configure the information collection process more precisely.
Field requirement - now you can specify which custom fields must be filled in. This ensures data completeness and helps avoid missing information in profiles.
New "Date" field type - a convenient solution for recording important dates.
With this update, the candidate profile becomes even more flexible and tailored to your recruiting processes.

The system now has the ability to assign vacancies to teams, which increases transparency and efficiency during the hiring process.
Now each team can have its own list of open positions.
The feature allows you to:
quickly identify which vacancies belong to a specific team;
monitor the progress of closing positions within each department;
avoid duplicating work when managing a large number of active vacancies.
