AI assistant Once connected, the assistant gets access to tools for reading and analyzing data in the following sections:

Candidates	Find and filter candidates; view profiles, experience, skills, and notes; group by status, source, or job opening
Job openings	Get a list of vacancies by status; view details and pipeline stages; find vacanciea with no active candidates or a long time in a stage
Employees	Search for employees and view their profiles, tenure, and reporting structure - within your access permissions
Absences	View absence requests and approval statuses for a selected period
Analytics	Get summaries and metrics for candidates, jobs, recruiters, and the funnel for quick analysis

> > **Warning:** Initially, all tools work in read-only mode: the assistant finds, compares, and summarizes information, but does not edit or delete anything. ## **Example prompts** Not sure where to start?
