Report «Employee turnover»

This report is updated in real time.

Information on employee turnover for the period is available for the entire company as well as for each existing team separately, and it displays:

• total employee turnover (the number of people who left the company divided by the average number of employees, multiplied by 100%);

• average turnover per month;

• the number of employees who left the company;

There is also the option to expand and export more detailed information about employees as needed.

• the number of employees who joined the company;

• turnover by month;

There is also the option to view more detailed information for a specific month.

• the number of employees in the company by month in a graphical representation;

You can save this information in CSV or PDF format if needed.

• information on the reasons for employee dismissal;

The system allows you to add custom reasons for employee dismissal in the "Settings" - "Dictionaries" section.

• information about the teams to which the dismissal employees belonged;

• information about the experience of employees in the company at the time of their dismissal;
