This report is updated once a day.
The turnover information for the period is available for the entire company as well as for each existing team separately and displays:
the total and average number, as well as the percentage of employees who left during the period and for each month;
reasons for employee departures and their tenure with the company at the time of departure;
teams in which departed employees were part of.
The "Other" category indicates that former employees were either members of deleted teams or were not part of any team.
The system allows the addition of custom reasons for employee departures in the "Settings" - "Dictionaries" section.
