In the Hurma system, you have the ability to determine which source is the most effective for attracting candidates. This makes it easier to identify the sources where you should invest your resources.
The "Recruiting sources efficiency" report displays information about the sources of responses to job vacancies, the methods of their receipt, and the number of candidates who accepted an offer from a specific source.
In this report, you can:
view statistics by branches.
view statistics for all vacancies or select only those of interest.
choose methods of adding candidates.
select channels from which candidates were recruited.
download the report in .csv or .pdf format.
You can also see how many candidates accepted an offer from a particular source.
To view candidates who came from specific sources, click on the part of the graph representing that source, and it will open the "Candidates" page.
