The vacancy closure metric is an important measure of a recruiter's work. It allows you to assess the effectiveness of hiring, plan workloads, and monitor compliance with the plan over different time periods.

In this report, you can:

  • track the overall dynamics of vacancy closures;

  • monitor the closure dynamics for each recruiter;

  • see the average value per recruiter;

  • compare values across all recruiters.

Closing a vacancy is considered when it is moved to the "Closed" status. Vacancy closure is attributed to recruiters selected as responsible for the vacancy.

This report offers the following filters:

  • choose how to view information (by company or by recruiters, by months or quarters, by weeks, etc., by the number of vacancies or their percentage in the system);

  • select the reporting period;

  • choose responsible recruiters;

  • select vacancies;

  • choose departments for which you need to view the report on vacancies;

  • select the status of vacancies (open, paused, etc.).

Comparing these metrics allows you to establish clearer KPIs and monitor the performance of each recruiter. This, in turn, provides the manager with insights into the team's workload and effectiveness.
