The system has a feature for automated sending of offers to candidates. When sending an offer to a candidate, they receive it in their email. In the email, the candidate has the option to accept or reject the offer. These actions are reflected in the report.

The "Sent offers" report shows the number of offers sent for a vacancy, as well as how many of them were accepted and rejected.
