Individual vacation calculations

Managing vacations is a challenge for any HR, especially if the company has different vacation policies for employees. In such cases, it's necessary not only to remember which policy applies to each employee but also to accurately calculate the required number of days for everyone in the company.

We'd like to remind you that HURMA has a vacation calculation feature, but previously, it was applied automatically to the entire company. The new update allows you to create custom vacation policies and apply them to specific employees.

In addition, we have also improved the adaptability of vacation calculation options. So, when configuring policies, you can choose the option that suits you best:

  • unlimited days;

  • auto mode;

  • manual control;

  • annual accrual.

Thanks to the update, you can also edit an employee's vacation balance directly in their profile.

Improved surveys

Surveys are an important tool for HR, helping to better determine key metrics such as eNPS, Q12, turnover, and more. These surveys are crucial as they allow you to explore the team's mood and identify areas for improvement. The survey section has been an integral part of the HURMA system for many years, but now it's even better!

  • Updated survey completion options

You can configure automatic survey completion after all participants have completed it.

  • Survey settings for teams

In the updated functionality, you can select a team for survey completion, excluding or including specific employees.

  • Ability to edit responses

The update allows configuring the ability for employees to edit their responses before the survey is completed. Now, you can choose whether to enable this option for non-anonymous surveys.

  • Improved filters

To make it easier to find the surveys you need, we've added filters for teams and employees.

Updated career page

Very soon, another update from HURMA will make hiring even easier and more enjoyable, attracting more interested applicants. After all, what creates a good first impression and adds points to the employer's brand in the eyes of a candidate if not an attractive career page?

You'll be able to easily customize the design of your career page to match your corporate style. In just a few minutes, you can adjust the font, background color, and other components and add your company name and avatar.

You don't need to be a designer to create an attractive and unique career page—now it's simple and fast, thanks to HURMA's update. All you need to do is go to the "Job openings" - "Career site" section and create your unique career page that will impress potential candidates.

Additionally, localization for career page system blocks has been added. The system analyzes the user's IP and suggests a language corresponding to their location, but you can also change the language manually. Meanwhile, the internal content remains in the original language.

If you post job vacancies through the HURMA career page, this update will become an invaluable tool for you to stand out among the competition and attract the best candidates.

Two cool updates for recruiters

HURMA loves its clients and does everything to ensure your comfort while using the service under any conditions. Therefore, we are actively working on making more functionality available in the mobile version. In the updated version, you can conveniently work with a candidate's profile from your tablet or phone.

The mobile functionality allows you to easily use all the necessary features: profile editing, actions, comments.

You can save all profile changes with a single click without the need to scroll to the bottom of the page.

We have also worked to make it convenient for you to receive feedback from the Work.ua portal. The system improves the feedback format from the questionnaire and formats it into a convenient PDF file that combines the cover letter and the candidate's resume.
