Getting started with the system

For a successful start, you will need a guide. We've prepared a description of the steps you need to take to thoroughly test the system's capabilities for your personnel management processes.

This guide can also be used for setting up the system at the beginning of its operation.

General settings

  1. Change the company name and company language.

  2. Add colleagues who will be testing the system with you.

Working with candidates and job openings

  •  Add at least 1 job opening.

  • Add at least 1 stage of candidate selection.

  • Add 1  reason for candidate rejection and 1 reason for company rejection.

  • Add a letter with tags to one stage of company rejection.

  • Link the vacancy in HURMA to the vacancy on the job portal.

  • Add a candidate to the vacancy using the AI Fox plugin.

  • Manually add candidates to the vacancy.

  • Connect your email to your personal account.

  • Set the date and time of the interview with the candidate in your calendar.

  • Guide the candidate through the vacancy funnel.

HR Marketing

  • Post a link to the vacancy (career page in HURMA) on a social network or in a professional chat.

  • Send a letter to the candidate.

  • Send a follow-up chain to the candidate.

Working with talent pool

  • Create at least 1 tag for the candidate.

  • Find a candidate in the database by tag.

Interaction with the hiring manager

  • Set up a job application form.

  • Configure access to the vacancy for the hiring manager and request feedback from the client regarding the candidate (or perform actions on behalf of the test manager).

Recruiting efficiency analysis (if demo data is available)

  • Analyze the recruiting funnel for the vacancy.

  • Generate a report on recruiting efficiency for a selected vacancy.

  • Determine the most effective source for attracting candidates.

Q&A and notifications

  • Get acquainted with the support chat.

  • Install AI Partner (Telegram or Slack).

  • Configure notifications in your personal account.
