In HURMA, there is the ability to easily add complete candidate information to the system from job portals such as robota.ua, work.ua, DOU, djinni.co, LinkedIn, Indeed, and others with just a couple of clicks. Automated candidate addition will significantly speed up the candidate search process.

Plugin installation

You can install the plugin from the Chrome WebStore by following the link or by clicking the "AI Fox" button on the "Vacancies" and "Candidates" pages.

To activate the plugin, you need to refresh the candidate's page, launch the plugin, and perform authorization by specifying the address of your HURMA system.

For convenience, you can pin the plugin to the quick access panel.

Adding candidates

When creating/adding candidates to a vacancy manually or using the AI Fox plugin, a recruiter is automatically assigned to them in their profile.

With Al Fox, you have the ability to scan and transfer information from a candidate's page into the system.

To do this, you need to open the candidate's profile and launch the plugin. The plugin will automatically scan the candidate and offer to add them to the system.

On the djinni.co portal, you can scan only those candidates who have left an apply and, accordingly, have made their contact information available.

During the addition process, you can attach the candidate to the vacancy you need, specify the stage, edit the scanned information, and attach a file before adding them to the system.

If a candidate has been added to a stage with an attached email template, the plugin will also suggest sending an email to the candidate.

Candidate verification for duplicates

However, to effectively utilize your time, it's essential to ensure that you're engaging with new candidates, not someone who left the company a week ago.

You can instantly check whether a candidate already exists among your current or former employees. Additionally, the plugin automatically verifies candidates among the current applicants in HURMA.

If a candidate with the same name or contacts (including a link to their LinkedIn profile, etc.) already exists in the system, the plugin will display this information and suggest opening the card for editing within the plugin.

When reviewing a LinkedIn profile, the AI Fox plugin automatically checks the candidate and provides quick feedback without the need to open the plugin itself. If the candidate already exists in your database, the AI Fox button will turn green.
