Creating, viewing, and managing all scripts by default is available to users with Administrator and HR roles. However, access to the "Scripts" section can be separately configured for other roles. In this article, we will discuss configuring roles and granting team managers access to scripts for all their employees.
You can configure roles in the "Settings" - "Roles" section by editing the role or creating a custom role (if a standard one with a lock icon was previously used).
To enable managers to see the list of scenarios assigned to their employees, in the "Scripts" section, you need to set the permission "Subordinates" for the options they will be able to perform with the scripts.
Also, to grant them access to perform actions within these scripts, you need to set the permission "Subordinates" in the "Company" section for viewing the "Actions" tab and select the events from the list.
After these settings are configured, the team manager will have access to the "Scripts" section, where they can see the scripts and actions assigned to their team members.
