We've expanded recruitment capabilities and added the long-awaited integration with the OLX platform. Now you can connect your job postings, automatically collect feedback, and analyze the effectiveness of this channel directly in HURMA.
Secure connection and management: a separate OLX tab has appeared in the job portal integration settings. Authorization is done securely through the portal's website. For convenience, filtering is also available on the page;

Convenient job posting linking: when setting up a connection with a vacancy, the system automatically pulls your active OLX postings (available postings are only from the "Jobs" and "Jobs Abroad" sections);

Status automation: the integration status is updated automatically according to changes on the OLX website itself.
Available standard statuses: if the job posting is removed after the deadline expires - "Job posting not published", if deleted - "Job posting deleted". Additionally, if a vacancy in the HURMA system transitions to "Closed" or "Cancelled" status, feedback collection is automatically paused;
Maximum data in candidate card: feedback from OLX is considered the candidate's first message, the text of which is automatically saved as "Cover letter".
HURMA automatically creates a card, pulling the full name, phone number, email (if provided), resume and even profile avatar. Any additional attachments are saved in the "Files" tab. A link to the candidate's OLX profile page is also added to the card if it is open;

Protection against duplicates: the system carefully checks new reviews by phone number and email address.
If a candidate is already in your database, HURMA will not create a duplicate, but simply update the existing card with fresh data, record activity, and upload new files.
Transparent analytics: candidates from this source can be filtered both on the general candidates page and in the job opening profile.
The OLX channel is also included in analytical reports: it appears among review sources, in the recruitment funnel, in the "Recruitment source effectiveness" chart, and in export files.

As we announced in the previous update, the 1:1 meeting functionality continues to evolve. In the July release, we added a powerful tool for their analysis - a new report in the statistics section. It is available to users with the HRM plan and access rights to HR statistics.

At the top of the page, four main widgets are now displayed for quick data overview:
Meeting statuses: The "Completed", "Planned", and "Cancelled" widgets show the total number of meetings in the respective status. Clicking on them opens a modal window with a detailed list of meetings that can be easily exported to XLSX format.
Risk level: This widget calculates the average risk level of completed meetings. For convenience, it has color coding: green (1 to 1.99), orange (2 to 3.99), and red (4 to 5).

For deeper analysis, we added three interactive charts:
1:1 meetings by type: a pie chart showing the percentage distribution of meetings by their format;

1:1 meetings by topic: a bar chart with the most popular topics (if a meeting covered multiple topics, it will be counted in each of them);

1:1 meetings by organizer: a convenient chart for tracking the number of meetings conducted by each manager or HR manager;

Each chart supports quick download in PDF (as an image) or CSV format. Additionally, clicking on any chart element opens a list of corresponding meetings with the option to download an Excel file.
This is a new convenient format for visualizing your company's meeting history for the current or past year.
Visibility by months: the matrix displays all employees vertically and 12 months horizontally;
Quick access: cells are filled with meeting icons, colored according to their risk rating. Click on an icon to go directly to that meeting's profile in a new tab.

Analyze statistics using convenient filters: by period (month, quarter, year), specific employee, organizer, team, or meeting status.
